At the request of Kunsthalle Praha ToornendPartners assessed opportunities that could increase the sustainability of the current business model of the museum still under construction. A Sustainability Assessment was carried out using SDG-planner, a software specially developed by us. The Sustainable Development Goals (the UN SDGs), which were formulated and adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015, served as a starting point for SusPro. The UN SDGs set targets for addressing global sustainability challenges that must be met by 2030. Building on the UN SDG’s as a starting point, all the three dimensions of Sustainability (‘The Triple Bottom Line’: Economic, Environmental and Social) are extensively covered in the analysis. The results of this analysis, consist of a comprehensive overview of opportunities and the most effective measures are used by Kunsthalle Praha to assess its sustainable performance and to examine the value created from a broader perspective.
