For the Municipal Museum in the Hanseatic city of Kampen, ToornendPartners calculated the operational and organizational costs during the transition phase to the desired privatization. Based on the principle that the museum should be able to operate independently of the municipality, it was necessary to analyse whether the museum had sufficient means to ensure the tenant’s maintenance share on the one hand and the regular renewal of museum exhibitions on the other hand. Indicative investment costs have also been taken into account for the construction of the new museum building to accommodate the Koggeschip.
